Prisma Health, the largest not-for-profit healthcare provider in South Carolina, seeks a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to serve as a core faculty for our Greenville Family Medicine Residency Program located in beautiful downtown Greenville, SC.

Greenville Family Medicine Residency Program

The Greenville Family Medicine Residency, founded in 1971, is a 6-6-6 complement program and has a long tradition of academic excellence. Ideal candidates would be dedicated and enthusiastic educators that can provide broad scope outpatient procedures, outpatient prenatal care, and inpatient obstetrics. We are also considering candidates without OB training for additional faculty opportunities.

Department of Family Medicine - Upstate

Prisma Health-Upstate Department of Family Medicine is currently undergoing expansion and is part of a growing primary care network serving patients of the Upstate of South Carolina. We are committed to compassionate patient care, advanced medical education, and innovative clinical research across the Upstate of South Carolina. Our team of 90 physicians, 40 advanced practice providers, and 3 residency programs delivers care at 29 practice locations across the Upstate.

Prisma Health-Upstate employs 16,000 people, including 1,200+ physicians on staff. Our system includes clinically excellent facilities with 1,627 beds across 8 campuses. Additionally, in the Upstate, we host 19 residency and fellowship programs and a 4-year medical education program: University of South Carolina School of Medicine–Greenville, located on Greenville Memorial Medical Campus which is minutes from the residency teaching site.
