Family Medicine Physician opportunity in New Haven, IN

• Full time position
  • 36 patient contact hours per week, with 4 hours of dedicated administrative time
    • Flexible hours to accommodate work life balance
  • 6 weeks of vacation annually
• Office is located at 1331 Minnich Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46774
  • Office is located on the East side of Fort Wayne, with easy access to Interstate 469.
  • Clinical support consists of RN, LPN, and Medical Assistants.
  • Current office providers are 3 physicians and 2 APP’s
  • Easy access to specialty care
  • Fully integrated EMR system
• Monday-Friday from 8am – 5pm
  • With the potential for extended hours
  • Opportunity for 4- or 5-day work week
• Rotating call: 1:30
• Supervise Advanced Practice Providers
