Your Role With Us:

Join Salem Health and Clinics as a Family Medicine provider, where you'll play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive primary care to our community in the Willamette Valley. This position is a great fit for a provider looking for full-spectrum care in a rural health setting. We’re seeking dedicated and compassionate physicians to join our team across multiple clinic locations, all utilizing Epic EMR. This role offers flexibility and a supportive work environment, allowing you to focus on providing the best possible care to your patients.

Clinic Background:

This full-time position requires 32 hours of patient-facing time and offers a flexible 4-day work week or a traditional 8-5, Monday-Friday schedule. With opportunities for virtual care integration, manageable daily call rotations, quarterly offsite meetings, and social events, you'll join a team that emphasizes work-life balance.

Background/Expertise:

• Board Certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Demonstrate experience and current competence in patient care in the last 24 months.
• Current Medical License in good standing issued by the Oregon Medical Board.
• Hold DEA certification.
