Compensation Details:
•  $349,000+ guaranteed, ongoing base salary plus production bonus
•  Proven earning potential of $450,000+
•  Strong incentives included a $40,000 signing bonus, up to $15,000 relocation, student loan repayment, and a residency/fellowship stipend
•  Enjoys 6+ weeks of PTO plus sick leave
