The Opportunity:
•  Moderate volume and 30-minute appointment lengths allow you time to build relationships with your patients.

Compensation Details:
•  Guaranteed base salary to $330,000 plus production bonus with up to $450,000 total earnings.
•  Incentives include a negotiable sign-on bonus, $10K relocation, $10,000 CME stipend and student loan repayment.
