Lakeview Clinic, an independent, physician-owned multispecialty group of 60 providers, seeks Family Medicine physician due to community growth.

THE OPPORTUNITY
-Join an established, collegial group of 27 FM providers (18 physicians, 9 APPs) that is moving foward with a 3rd recruitment after successfully attracting two new physicians to their group!

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
-275k guaranteed base salary
-2-year partnership track
-Flat hierarchy - All shareholders are equal
-Proven earnings in the mid- to high-400s
-40k in recruitment incentives
-Up to 43.5k in profit sharing helps shareholders maximize their pretax retirement savings!
-5 weeks PTO (7 weeks year 3 and up to 9 weeks year 15)
-6 paid holidays
