Location: Gouverneur Hospital, St. Lawrence County, New York
Overview: St. Lawrence Health is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine to join its team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a well-established healthcare system where you can make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients in the community.
Candidate Requirements:

• Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Proficiency with Epic EMR.

• Continuity of care call required.

• Primary location: Gouverneur Hospital (Critical Access Hospital).

• Base Salary: $250,000 - $350,000
• Signing Bonus: $25,000
• Relocation Assistance: $15,000
• Licensing & Dues: $2,000
• CME Allowance: $4,000
• Benefit Time: 240 hours annually
• Malpractice Insurance: Includes a claims-made policy with coverage of $2.3 million per occurrence and $6.9 million aggregate (tail coverage included).
