Fence Installer / Builder – Subcontractor (1099) Wonder Brothers Construction – Plano, TX (On the Road / Job Sites) Overview Wonder Brothers Construction is seekingexperienced fence subcontractorswith their own truck, tools, and crew to handle residential and commercial fencing projects throughout the DFW area. We provide steady projects — you bring the skill, equipment, and workmanship. Responsibilities • Install and repair various fence types: wood, chain link, vinyl, and ornamental. • Measure and mark fence lines for accurate placement. • Set posts, perform concrete work, and assemble fencing to specifications. • Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and building code standards. • Manage your own crew on-site; additional helpers may be provided if needed. • Maintain a safe, clean jobsite. Requirements • Minimum2 years of professional fence installation/building experience. • Must haveown truck, trailer, tools, and equipment. • Must haveown crew(we can add extra labor if necessary). • Ability to read plans, take accurate measurements, and problem-solve on site. • Must carry or be willing to obtaingeneral liability insurance. • Reliability, professionalism, and commitment to quality work. Compensation • Project-based pay— competitive rates per job depending on scope and size. • Typical residential jobs: crews earn$800 – $1,200 per standard installation. • Paid quickly after job completion and approval. • Ongoing pipeline of work in the DFW area.
