Role Overview As a Field Account Manager, you will be the face of AutoPoint to our dealership clients. Your mission is to retain and grow existing accounts by driving performance improvements in their marketing strategies. You’ll manage relationships from onboarding through the full customer lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction, product adoption, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities • Present and communicate AutoPoint’s product suite to dealership clients • Analyze client performance and identify areas for operational improvement • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership decision-makers (DP/GM level) • Drive continuous improvement in marketing execution • Recommend program enhancements and marketing strategies • Manage retention, product penetration, and revenue growth for assigned accounts • Resolve client issues and escalate feedback internally • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.com • Travel up to 80% to client locations across California and Texas What We’re Looking For • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience • 5+ years of experience in Automotive and/or Marketing industries • Strong understanding of dealership operations and KPIs • Experience with CRM and DMS tools (Salesforce, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds) • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Comfortable with frequent travel and remote work environments Why Join Solera? • Be part of a global tech leader in automotive innovation • Work with cutting-edge products and passionate teams • Competitive compensation and benefits • Opportunities for growth and development • Flexible remote work with travel Apply Now If you're passionate about automotive marketing, client success, and driving measurable impact, we’d love to hear from you.
