Field Application Specialist, Fluid Management Technologies

As an Application Professional, you will leverage your product expertise, application knowledge, and technical support skills in Fluid Management Technologies to guide our customers through each step of their process. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the successful design, validation, and implementation of our products.

As an Application Professional, you will leverage your product expertise, application knowledge, and technical support skills in Fluid Management Technologies to guide our customers through each step of their process. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the successful design, validation, and implementation of our products.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

• Collaborate with Sales to provide product presentations, demonstrations, and application studies for existing products. Work closely with Product Management to test and demonstrate new products through beta sites.
• Support Sales in analyzing customer processes and User Requirement Specifications (URS). Generate application trials to design optimized products that meet application requirements.
• Support the first product installation and initial start-up for customers, ensuring comprehensive training and support.
• Collaborate with the Quality Department to troubleshoot and analyze customer processes, aiding in the investigation and resolution of quality complaints.
• Conduct competitive analysis and share insights with the Application Specialist Team and Product Management to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in biological sciences, biotechnology, or engineering
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Biopharma industry
• Strong product and application knowledge
• Ability to effectively interface with product, project, and division management, and interact at various levels including sales, technical experts, and end-users
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional local languages is a plus
• Proficient in Windows-based software packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
