Join Our Team! We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Installer to help bring shade and style to commercial and hospitality spaces. Responsibilities • Install fabricated products according to specifications and quality standards. • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion. • Conduct inspections of installed products to ensure functionality and quality. • Troubleshoot installation issues and provide effective solutions. • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. • Follow safety protocols and guidelines during installation processes. • Install awnings, cabanas, shade structures, and canopies at various commercial and hospitality sites. • Stretch and secure fabric over custom-built frames. • Weld and assemble steel and aluminum components. • Install decorative and architectural metal features. • Work outdoors and at heights using ladders and lifts. Requirements • Previous experience in installation or a related field is preferred. • Proven experience in construction, metalwork, and fabric installation. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints. • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. • Familiarity with tools and equipment used in installation processes. • Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding. • Comfortable working outdoors and at heights. • Valid driver’s license required.
