About the Role

As our Field Marketing Manager you will play a vital role in planning, coordinating, and executing SewerAI’s events. You will work closely across multiple departments with sales, brand and product marketing, demand gen, and customer marketing to ensure successful event outcomes. You would be the go-to-person and project manager for all conferences and webinars and must have the ability to manage multiple projects at once. You’ll work with the latest technologies, expand your skills, and be one of the key components of expanding SewerAI’s brand.

What You'll Do

• Manage and coordinate in-person and virtual conferences and tradeshows, including logistics, scheduling, and sourcing of booths, giveaways, and more
• Coordinate field programs for sales by sourcing venues, coordinating logistics, managing attendee lists and reporting
• Work with members of the marketing team to generate a written recap for each event to gauge feedback on onsite execution during the events/webinars, follow up sequences, and content post-event to continue engagement with all marketing leads.
• Oversee on-site conference operations to ensure a smooth and enjoyable conference experience for all participants.
• Handle the packaging and shipping for all event-related materials, such as promotional items and computer monitors.
• Maintain internal planning documents, sites, and event calendar
• Work with accounting on purchase order requests and ensure payments are made on time
• Communicate cross functionally any updates, challenges, and proposed solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Impeccable project management skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging event concepts and promotional materials
• Willingness to travel
• Dynamic self-starter who can operate in a fast-paced environment

• Experience working with a non-profit organization
