The Field Marketing Manager focuses on meeting and exceeding appointment and demo goals for events, retail, and canvassing programs at Dreamstyle Remodeling. This role involves tracking and measuring face-to-face marketing results and managing Brand Ambassadors in the field to optimize outcomes for both companies. What We Offer • Base Salary starting at $65,000 annually plus bonus • Medical, dental, vision insurance • Paid vacations & PTO • Opportunities for growth and advancement • 401(k) plan Responsibilities • Train and coach Brand Ambassadors to meet campaign goals. • Develop and maintain strategic field contacts. • Manage event logistics, including booking, staffing, and results tracking. • Develop programs with the marketing team to drive appointments. • Manage team schedules and payroll processing using ADP. • Execute Payroll Action Forms (PAFs) and Corrective Action Forms (CAFs). • Conduct one-on-ones and performance reviews with direct reports. • Motivate event and retail staff to achieve personal goals. • Verify timely and accurate CRM entries. • Track and analyze daily team results. • Provide event and campaign summaries to the marketing team. • Develop and lead door-to-door canvassing programs. • Oversee showroom operations and develop programs to drive traffic. • Support recruitment, training, and retention of showroom talent. Qualifications • Proven experience in field marketing or related roles. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. • Proficiency with payroll systems like ADP. • Experience in managing events and developing marketing programs. • Knowledge of CRM systems and lead setting policies. • Ability to maintain professionalism and foster a positive work environment Schedule • Full-Time • Monday-Friday • 8:30 am – 5:00 pm • Hybrid- Office/Remote/Field
