What you’ll be doing: • Lead regional marketing strategy and execution aligned with national goals • Support Sales with customer engagement tools, training, and live events • Manage product launches and legacy portfolio initiatives • Gather market intelligence, identify growth opportunities, and drive adoption • Represent the brand with Key Opinion Leaders, at labs, and conventions What you need to be considered: • 3 to 5 years in medical sales or field marketing; Operating Room experience required • Bachelor’s degree; proven marketing and sales execution skills • Strong communication, project management, and collaboration abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Tableau • Travel-ready and passionate about making a difference in healthcare Who we are: KARL STORZ is an independent, family-owned company headquartered in Germany’s renowned MedTech manufacturing region.
