What You Will Do and Learn
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Field Marketing Specialist to lead our efforts in coordinating and executing webinars, conferences, and channel events. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, exceptional organizational skills, and a creative mindset. This role will play a crucial part in enhancing our brand visibility, engaging with our target audience, and driving lead generation.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborate with Alliances leaders and Go-to-Market leadership to execute event strategy that reaches target audiences to drive awareness, engagement, and meaningful relationships at trade shows, webinars, in-person events, and speaking engagements.
- Plan, coordinate, promote, and execute all aspects of engaging webinars to showcase Spaulding Ridge’s expertise and POV on a multitude of different topics.
- Coordinate with cross-functional leadership on event logistics to ensure key stakeholder awareness.
- Manage end-to-end event and sponsorship planning process, including but not limited to researching potential trade shows, evaluating venues, entertainment, etc. and invitation and RSVP processes.
- Handle all aspects of onsite event needs including ordering of event supplies, signage, swag, etc., and coordinate shipping & receiving of such items and onsite execution.
- Analyze success and impact of each event through reporting ROI and lead management in Salesforce.
- Engage with the marketing team to develop compelling messaging that aligns with the firm's brand.
- Assist project leaders with on-site key client site event coordination.
- Maintain detailed records of event expenses, budgets, and participant feedback.
- Articulating Spaulding Ridge’s business and differentiators at tradeshows and in-person channel events.
Qualifications:
- Self-starter, highly motivated, able to adapt, think through problems, and create innovative solutions
- 2+ years of planning and executing events
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously, while remaining flexible and consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Travel requirements of 20%+ domestically and in Canada
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Marketing experiencing in a professional services environment preferred
- Bachelors Degree
- Salesforce or CRM experience preferred
