Ingénieur mise en service TELECOM basé à Massy (France) répondant directement au responsable support projet basé également à Massy (France)

Il a pour rôle sera de mettre en service et de suivre le déploiement des solutions Telecom (installation, mise en service, dépannage) en accord avec les conditions contractuelles et en respectant les règles EHS et de sécurité.

Il fournira un support technique au technical leader concernant les solutions Telecom proposées aux clients.

Il réalisera les tests de qualification des équipements Telecom en usine et participera ensuite à la mise en service sur les sites du client jusqu'à la signature du rapport final de validation par le client.

Il pourra réaliser des missions d'expertise sur site avant le déploiement des armoires Telecom afin de fournir des rapports d'avancement et d'étude de site au site Manager et/ou au project support Manager qui permettront d'identifier les risques techniques, l'état d'avancement des travaux sur site et de mettre à disposition les ressources nécessaire (personnel avec les compétences adaptées et estimation de la durée des opérations)

Profil recherché

  • DiplĂ´me BAC +3/+4 en gĂ©nie Ă©lectrique, en gĂ©nie des tĂ©lĂ©communications, en informatique, en gĂ©nie informatique ou Ă©quivalence et/ou une expĂ©rience de travail Ă©quivalente.
  • NĂ©cessite cinq (5) annĂ©es d'expĂ©rience technique dans un domaine Ă©quivalent. CompĂ©tence technique dĂ©montrĂ©e dans le domaine dĂ©signĂ©. Excellentes compĂ©tences en communication orale, Ă©crite et relationnelle. CapacitĂ© Ă  rĂ©diger des rapports et des procĂ©dures professionnels et techniques. Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Direct report : Project Support Manager

Complexity : Involved in several technologies - As technical referent, Involved in regional support

Lead and directly engaged on site deployment (installation, commissioning, troubleshooting) starting from deployment strategy until Site acceptance by the Customer Accountable for EHS and Security on site deployment Provides input to site project Management / Project Support Manager to prepare time schedule, identification of technical risk and allocation of resources (staff qualifications / duration of activities) Provide to Cotonou Project Director, Site project Manager and Project Support Manager a weekly report highlighting progress of work, risks & difficulties, main tasks scheduled for the week after Manage Customer in assigned area:

Person Specification

Educational Requirements

Requires Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecom Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent or equivalent work experience.

Desired Knowledge & Experience

Requires five (10) years technical experience in directly related area. Demonstrated technical competence in assigned area. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to write professional and technical reports and procedures. Ability to make formal and informal presentations to technical and non-technical staff and customers. Ability to delegate tasks and responsibilities appropriately and effectively lead assigned staff and team functions. Strong PC skills required, including use of standard MS Office applications. Strong foundation in IP & L2 switching networks: IP addressing, routing protocols (RIP/OSPF...), VRRP/HSRP, IEEE 802.1Q (VLAN, priority ...), RSTP, MSTP Ability to understand complex IP network solutions by analysing the logical architecture, protocols, protection scheme, QoS & traffic engineering and the hardware needed Full understanding of wireless networks (Mesh radio, UHF/VHF, 3G/4G) Experience on configuration, testing and deployment of switches and routers desired: good knowledge on network tests methodologies based on RFC2544, ITU-T Y.1564
