Field Service Technician - Refrigeration Technician

Field Service Technician - Temp to hire We are seeking skilled electrical and mechanical Refrigeration Technicians with a strong chamber background to service one of our top and a very well known company here in the CA area. This individual needs to have a strong customer service personality. Pay rate: $40-$60/hr depending on experience Shift: Monday-Fridays 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Responsibilities: • Troubleshooting electrical and refrigeration Systems on customer sites • Installation and machine maintenance, which includes diagnosis, repairs, certifi cation and re-calibration of various machines at the customer sites, to conform to factory specifi cations and accuracy standards. • Performing service calls at customer sites to correct possible problems involving company products. • Providing technical support to other service representatives and customers. • The design, documentation, testing, creation or modifi cation of computer programs related to machine operating systems. • Technical duties include tasks that are both mechanical and electrical. • Mechanical duties include assembly, disassembly, leveling, diagnosis and repair of mechanical issues on automated equipment. • Electrical duties include diagnosis, troubleshooting and repair of control systems • Interacting with new product development teams to establish inspection and test processes for new products. • Defi ning product and system test and inspection requirements. • Participating in a team environment to develop and design new and existing products.Education and Experience: • High School Diploma or equivalent experience • 5+ years of relevant service experience; preferably in an industrial equipment industry. • RT License with any state for Refrigeration. • Cascade experience preferred. • Experience with test equipment including multimeters, digital power supplies, logic analyzers. • Experience troubleshooting Electrical, HVAC, Refrigeration and Software issues on industrial equipment. ? Experience reading control panel schematics of industrial equipment.
