Field Service Technician

What sets us apart is our culture- a place where people are valued, hard work is recognized, and success is a result of teamwork Field Service Technician Responsibilities: • Responding to Customer Service Requests (service calls) • Performing routine maintenance on customer equipment • Diagnose and repair issues related to system performance or failure • Installation of new HVAC equipment • On-call for one week, every 2-4 weeks as required (Frequency varies based on location) Field Service Technician Additional Responsibilities: • Utilization of company web-based software system to capture client signatures and close out service requests • Communicating with the Service Coordinator on a daily basis • Maintaining current vehicle inventory, cleanliness and maintenance • Participate in meetings and training Field Service Technician Qualifications: • Must be able to lift at least 70 lbs. and must be willing and able to climb ladders. • Must have 2+ years of commercial HVAC experience. • Light commercial refrigeration experience, preferred but not required • Must be able to successfully complete a criminal background check, drug test, and driver’s license check • EPA Certification Universal Field Service Technician Benefits • Paid Holidays • Competitive pay • PTO • Health and dental insurance • 401k with company match • Boot and tool allowance • Fleet vehicles/gas card • Smart tablet/phone • Professional uniformsRequirements:***** MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL THE HOUSTON AND SURROUNDING AREAS***** Field Service Technician Qualifications: • Must be able to lift at least 70 lbs. and must be willing and able to climb ladders. • Must have 2+ years of commercial HVAC experience. • Must have refrigeration experience. • Light commercial refrigeration experience, preferred but not required • Must be able to successfully complete a criminal background check, drug test, and driver’s license check • EPA Certification Universal Required experience: • HVAC service: 2+ years #AuthorityHVAC
