Fin & Admin Business Associate

Your Role and Responsibilities
Registro y análisis de información contable en SAP EF3 y SAP HANA Registro y validación de facturas o pagos (incluye también el cargo a plataformas de pago) Aprovisionamiento devengo en SAP EF3 y SAP HANA contabilizaciones manuales y automáticas en plataformas cognitivas Conciliaciones bancarias Seguimiento de actividades de cierre contable Cumplimiento de Ans y KPIs Creación y gestión de iniciativas de innovación Cumplimiento de cargas asignadas Recopilación y conocimiento de procesos end-to-end Ser autónomo en el cumplimiento de cargas y gestión de obra y Exportación de informes de control y seguimiento a la dirección.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Student 5-8 semester of administrative accounting-administration or technical careers Sena Administration Accounting Sena

Technical• Availability to work on Colombian holidays (depending on the calendars of the countries in which the operation is carried out). Who lives in Bogotá or surrounding areas

Preferably with knowledge or management of SAP FI; Knowledge of accounting and tax regulations Excel management skills (basic level) with experience in accounting issues. Management capacity high level of commitment and responsibility with basic knowledge of accounts payable registration supplier service supplier reception
