Job Description
- Support finance department to work on Tax refund agenda, including gathering information for preparing reports, checking data to ensure completeness and reliable report.
- Support senior financial accountant to prepare Vietnamese accounting book to comply with local law. The time allocated for this work is around 60% to 70%.
- Support Receivable accountant to solve errors/issues with Customers/FiSS for speeding up cash collection.
- Support to prepare other reports and ad hoc assignments (daily sales report, AR aging report..)
Prepare documents for tax refund.
Support to prepare VAS books and Statutory compliance
Assist to solve issues with Downstream/Customers/WH related to billing invoices for speeding up cash collection

Qualifications
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
- Majoring in from Finance or Accountant or BA .
- Excellent command of English (TOEIC >700 or equivalent);
- Love for learning with the ability to learn and adapt quickly;
- Competent in Communication, Problem Solving, and Collaboration;
- Proven leadership ability or Digital Savvy is a strong plus.
