Finance Administrator

Salary: Competitive per annum plus Veolia benefits

Hours: 40 hours per week

Location: East Kilbride, with hybrid working available

What you'll be doing:

• Raise Purchase Orders & Invoices

• Process Goods Receipt, GRIR and deal with purchasing and invoice queries 

• Process overtime as required.

• Collate data from internal and external databases / contacts.

• Utilise and maintain a wide variety of internal and external databases and Google Drive.

• Actively manage and maintain internal tracking systems.

• Assist with ongoing and ad hoc Projects including the mobilisation of new contracts and dilapidation process for terminated contracts.

• General adhoc financial administration as required

• Ensure work output is delivered accurately to agreed timescales

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience working within a responsible busy finance administrative role.

• Microsoft Office and Google applications experience.

• Organisational Skills are key to this role as you need to manage a variety of tasks and deadlines.

• An individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide industry-leading customer service to all internal and external customers.
