Bancorporation has an opening for a Finance & Strategy Manager to join the Financial Planning & Analyst team in Corporate Finance. The position offers a hybrid 3/2 work schedule subject to periodic review.

Bancorporation has an opening for a Finance & Strategy Manager to join the Financial Planning & Analyst team in Corporate Finance. The position offers a hybrid 3/2 work schedule subject to periodic review.
- Responsible for the assisting Director of Financial Planning & Analysis with strategic direction and tactical improvements; supporting the profitability and financial risk management goals of the company
- Assists with developing strategic direction, including developing and optimizing the structure and capabilities that the company needs to maximize shareholder value.
- Develops proposals to improve internal efficiency with the goal of reducing costs, improving customer experience and increasing revenue.
- Works across the enterprise to engage different business unit managers.
- Works to improve the analytical capabilities of the Financial Planning & Analysis group and support management liquidity and profitability goals.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in a Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field
- 6+ years of business-related experience including accounting, finance, risk management, financial analysis and planning. Some management experience required.
- MBA and management consulting experience preferred.
- A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.
- Employs advanced knowledge as a specialist of financial strategy and the management of financial risk.
- Should also have a deep knowledge of financial planning, project management techniques and practices, banking regulatory requirements and processes.
- Must have excellent analysis, problem solving and communication skills.
- Requires good judgment, creativity and ability to accomplish goals.
