Responsibilities:

• SME for BPA E2E financial planning process focusing on BPC system.
• Participate in Global / Regional Process to share best practices and drive operational performance through vendor.
• Ensure meetings (weekly / monthly SLA meeting with Countries) are held and attended by Genpact Ops team and Country BPA
• Ensure SLA report out is fair.
• Manage escalation from countries and escalate to next levels (both BD & Genpact) if needed.
• Support continuous improvement in planning / simplification and automation through vendor.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant BP&A working experience or equivalent required, preferably in a MNC background.
• Holding Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance / Economic / Business
• Working knowledge of SAP, BPC or Power BI or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
