Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor between the Finance team and business units. This role is essential for aligning financial strategies with business objectives and ensuring that financial insights drive decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with business units to align financial strategies with operational goals.
  • Financial Analysis: Provide in-depth financial analysis to inform business decisions, enhance profitability, and manage costs.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular financial reports to management, highlighting key financial metrics and business performance.
  • Budgeting: Assist in the budgeting process, ensuring resource allocation aligns with business priorities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights that support operational effectiveness.
  • Risk Management: Identify financial risks and opportunities, recommending strategies to mitigate risks while maximizing financial performance.
Requirements

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in finance or business partnering roles, preferably within a corporate finance environment.

Financial Expertise: Strong knowledge of financial principles, planning, forecasting, and analysis.

Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze data, develop insights, and communicate findings effectively.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
