Finance Controller- KSA

The KSA Finance Controller is a trusted business advisor to the Sales organization supporting the Country CFO to drive sales productivity and optimize return on investment. KSA is a growth region and hiring a Saudi National will also contribute positively to our Saudiasation score vs the targets.

Your Role and Responsibilities
The KSA Finance Controller will support the local country CFO and also provide financial advice and guidance to the KSA sales leadership team. Specific activities will include supporting country statutory requirements (Financials Local Content Certificate Customer Facilitation fees) driving cash collections managing DSO analyzing budgets and developing roadmaps to close gaps performing monthly and quarterly close activities and providing ad-hoc support. Arabic knowledge is essential due to local requirements.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
In your capacity as the Saudi Arabia finance controller you will be working closely with the Country CFO assisting him in the day to day financial activities while securing a high level of integrity and business controls posture. You will be assisting the local CFO to partner with regional and country Technology leaders and multiple functions to provide invaluable insights into financial performance risks opportunities cash collection opportunities and statutory requirements.

We are seeking a Saudi National with a strong financial background who is enthusiastic about working in a complex environment and who is capable of navigating the unique challenges and opportunities within the region. Your role demands keen financial acumen. Collaboration with various stakeholders will be a key component necessitating effective communication and a proactive approach to resolve issues. The ability to partner with the country CFO to assist the regional and country sales leaders and teams in an advisory role while working effectively across organizations and functions to drive business results are essential. Experience with DSO and/or Treasury operations would be helpful. Written and spoken Arabic knowledge is essential for this job. Preference would be given to Saudi nationals with 2-3 years local work experience in Saudi Arabia.
