The Role:

As a Finance Manager at Blinq, you'll be a key player in steering our financial ship and ensuring our startup sails smoothly through its high-growth journey. You'll get to shape our financial strategy, offer vital insights for decision-making, and have a real say in where we're headed. This gig is all about being in the driver's seat, with a team that values independence, innovation, and getting things done.

What You Will Own:

• Money Moves: Help us chart the course with financial strategies that match Blinq's exciting growth plans. Crunch the numbers, project the revenue, and handle budgeting like a pro.
• Numbers Wizardry: Keep an eye on the financial statements, making sure everything adds up and plays by the rules. Then, turn that data into gold with insights that our team can act on.
• Risk Taker, but Make it Smart: Set up solid financial controls and processes to keep us on the safe side. Make sure we're dotting our i's and crossing our t's when it comes to taxes and regulations.
• Team Captain: Lead and mentor a crew of finance pros, fostering a supportive and growth-focused vibe.
• Team Player: Work hand-in-hand with other departments, offering financial smarts and helping out with big-picture projects.
• Investment Guru: Keep our investors happy and informed, and make sure our equity game is strong.

What We Are Looking For:

• Money Maestro: You've got the experience and know-how, ideally from steering the financial ship at other startups or in dynamic settings. Budgets, reports, and all things finance are your jam.
