We need a top tier Finance Manager - SaaS, to partner with the leadership of our two SaaS business lines: Current and Amplifi. In this role, you will use out-of-the-box thinking to enable growth and success in an ever-changing environment. You will be a key part of strategic solutions through detailed analysis, problem solving, and continuous improvement. What is a day in the life of an Finance Manager - SaaS?
- Partnering with the leadership teams for Pattern's SaaS businesses (Current & Amplifi)
- Leading the planning, budgeting, and forecasting for Current and Amplifi
- Performing variance analysis, analyzing cost drivers and other metrics related to these business lines
- Develop and deliver reporting and analysis to key stakeholders related to key metrics/drivers and explain results to various levels of management and other departments
- Collaborating across multiple departments and stakeholders and working closely with other members of the finance team
What will I need to thrive in this role?
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or other related field
- 3+ years working in a SaaS business and a deep understanding of the metrics that contribute to growth and profitability in the SaaS space
- Advanced financial modeling skills
- Excellent MS Excel skills, familiarity with Google Sheets
- SQL experience preferred
- Ecommerce industry experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders

What does success look like in the first 30, 60, 90 days?
- In the first 30 days, you'll familiarize yourself with all aspects of Pattern's business with a focus on understanding the people and processes in the Finance department and our Current and Amplifi brands.
- By day 60, you will also have identified key areas that are in need of improvement, and started to build good working relationships with key executives and stakeholders.
- Within the first 90 days, you will have created a roadmap for actionable changes to improve the existing process. You will likely have already implemented some of the tactical improvements already.
What is the team like?
- You will report to the VP of Finance and work closely with the leadership teams of both Current and Amplifi. This role is critical in growing and expanding our SaaS businesses at Pattern.
