Job Description

Summary:

As part of the Growth and Capabilities team, within the Revenue Management group, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the tools needed to monitor trade spend, policy compliance and data integrity to enable swift decision making and seamless execution for Sales and Revenue Management organizations

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee data integrity for guidelines and guardrails and keep Trade Promotions Management (TPM) system up to date with latest central guidance
  • Supervise input data quality and liaise with Sales teams to improve event level information provided
  • Create tools to monitor compliance to guidelines and report evolution to Revenue Management and Sales Leadership Team
  • Identify violations and diagnose root cause in partnership with Sales Planning and Operations
  • Create dashboards to track trade spend evolution and decompose main drivers of performance vs plan

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science, quantitative field (i.e. Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Engineering, Accounting, etc.) is preferred
  • Advanced skills with Data Visualization and Business Intelligence tools (Tableau preferred)
  • Experience with relational databases and SQL
  • Previous experience in CPG industry and/or Finance preferred
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, including report and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with cross-functional team members
  • Motivated self-starter who can effectively work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain flexibility in an ever-changing environment
