What You'll Get to Do:

Rotate among 6 areas of F&A shared service center team across AP, AR, Billing, Payroll, Timekeeping, and Travel. Learn financial systems of CostPoint ERP, Workday Payroll, Invalua Procurement, ChromeRiver T&E, along with MS Office tools and other custom applications. Gain understanding of how transactional finance & accounting teams support and contribute to overall company finance success metrics such as cashflow. Communicate with team members and company-wide staff to facilitate regular task completion. Participate in efficiency efforts with all processes. Be able to rotate across teams to gain broad understanding of all company finance/ accounting critical processes.

• Learn systems to facilitate task efforts.
• Learn how company supports government/ military agencies operationally and all the requirements of contractors.
• Communicate with a variety of other departments to share and analyze information.
• Work in a team environment to achieve goals and annual imperatives along with daily tasks.
• Be responsible for a portfolio of work to complete daily, weekly, monthly goals.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

• Graduating Sr with a Business degree or recent graduate

• Interest in Govt Contracting

• Desire/ ability to work in a high integrity/ character organization

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

• Prior Finance/ Accounting office experience

• Knowledge of any systems mentioned above
