We’re looking for a  Finance&Legal Ops Admin to help us scale our finance and legal team. 
As a Finance&Legal Ops Admin you will play a critical role maintaining the company's finances and books, enabling timely reporting to leadership, partners and investors. 

Responsibilities:

• Daily assistance in the finance department, working closely with the bookkeeper. Duties include:
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Travel/Expenses reports
  • Assistance with invoice processing
  • Assistance with payroll such as time reports and reimbursements
  • Vendor system maintenance and bill approvals. Work closely with the US site. 
• Providing support to the legal team with maintenance of various agreements and documents, organizing files and information. 

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience working in an early-stage /start-up environment - preferred
• Bookkeeping knowledge - advantage
• Knowledge of Priority - advantage
• Bachelor’s degree –advantage
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organization skills, with high attention to detail 
• Ability to self-manage and work independently
• Proficient in English
