Job Description

Financial Planning & Reporting

· Manage company Forecast factoring in different business types and time horizons while providing insights

· Manage the Month End Financial reports process for US and Global management teams

· Manage and present Monthly Business Review’s with US leaders for Global Business Presentation

· Reconcile and analyze monthly financials while providing strategic insights

· Manage Cash Forecast and Cash Management systems.

· Own and manage the annual Budget process

Financial Analysis

· Analyze business scenarios to provide insight into changes in financial performance

· Work with new business team to create and maintain new customer models and scenarios

· Manage and complete ad hoc analysis as needed

Accounting Support

· Approve the final P&L financials before close

· Track company bonus plan and monthly bonus accruals

· Responsible for Operations Bonus plan and payouts

Systems

· Reconcile financials between internal and global systems

· Maintain financial attribute database in Anaplan

And Other Duties as Needed

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of FP&A experience and a BA/BS in Finance/Equivalent. Experience with D365, PowerBI, and Anaplan a plus.
