About this Opportunity:Â
As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the FP&A function by providing revenue and expense analysis, data mining, financial reporting, budget variance reporting, sales commission calculations, and other projects for Orion. As we continue to evolve and live our Orion values, we are looking for someone to grow with us. In this role, you’ll get to:

Analyze financial data and provide forecasting supportÂ

Prepare reports and projections based on financial dataÂ
-
Assist the FP&A team in providing all analytical support for various lines of business
-
Provide historical trends data for business unitsÂ
-
Assist with the maintenance of financial data warehouse for monthly KPI reporting
-
Perform ad-hoc analysis and other projectsÂ
-
Assist in the compilation and analysis of client revenue performanceÂ
-
Work with compensation team to calculate commissions for Orion sales teamsÂ
-
Calculate monthly & quarterly bonus amounts for all Orion departmentsÂ
We’re looking for talent who:
-
Has minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Possess prior experience working within Financial Services industry
-
Has minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis required, or relevant school experienceÂ
-
Obtains Orion Industry CertificationÂ
-
Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and work effectively with people at all levels in an organizationÂ

Salary Range:
$61,147.00 - $91,054.00
The pay listed in this posting indicates the estimated pay at the time of this posting; however, may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
