Job Description

Are you passionate about financial analysis and driving business growth? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Analyst to join our team at TOMRA Food. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting decision-making processes, collaborating with various departments, and optimizing financial performance within the Americas business area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed financial analyses to support decision-making within the Americas business area.
  • Partner closely with the head of the business area and regional leadership team, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes in alignment with overall financial strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and their impact on financial results.
  • Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives and investments.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting and internal control procedures, and monitor data integrity and accuracy.
  • Generate various reports and assist with monthly and annual closing processes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

What you bring:

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, 
  • Strong experience with ERP/CRM systems.
  • High attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting.
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Experience with proprietary ERP/CRM systems preferred.

Work Environment:

  • Ability to thrive in an open office environment.

For U.S. applicants, in accordance with applicable disclosure requirements, the anticipated base pay range for the position is $71,840 - $89,800 depending on experience.
