***Onsite position, Seattle WA*** ***Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. and not require visa sponsorship*** Job Summary: The Finance Analyst will be responsible for conducting quantitative analyses of financial information, preparing reports and forecasts, and assisting in the strategic financial planning of the organization. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in financial modeling, and the ability to interpret complex financial data. The Finance Analyst will support senior management in decision-making processes to ensure the organization's financial health and sustainability.Key Responsibilities: • Perform quantitative analyses of financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. • Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast future financial performance • Prepare detailed financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections. • Monitor and analyze budget variances and performance metrics • Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process by providing accurate and timely financial data. • Analyze current and past financial data and performance to make recommendations on profit enhancement or cost reduction. • Conduct risk assessment and assist in the development of risk mitigation strategies • Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to senior management and stakeholders. • Monitor financial markets and trends to inform strategic decision-making. • Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze data, ensuring comprehensive financial insights • Support the finance team in ad hoc projects and tasks as requiredWork Experience: • Proven experience as a Finance Analyst or in a similar role, typically 1-3 years • Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data • Advanced knowledge of financial software and Microsoft Excel • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • High attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong organizational and time management skills Work Environment: The Finance Analyst will work in an office environment with standard office equipment. Occasional remote work may be permitted. The role may require some travel to attend meetings, conferences, or training session.
