Responsible for developing and maintaining strategic financial analysis models and reporting including monthly financial variances, forecasting, costing, key metrics and trends. In addition, this role will provide to management recommendations and implications of potential business decisions as well as assist with the budgeting and forecasting process.

Responsible for developing and maintaining strategic financial analysis models and reporting including monthly financial variances, forecasting, costing, key metrics and trends. In addition, this role will provide to management recommendations and implications of potential business decisions as well as assist with the budgeting and forecasting process.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Compile and summarize the monthly variance information for executive level reporting (financials, costing and other key metrics) providing informative interpretations of results.
- Develop and maintain financial metrics and cost analysis for the division.
- Analyze results with explanations for growth and/or decline spikes, changes in trend and budget to actual variances.
- Identify and implement improvements in reporting, cost analysis, forecasting and other processes.
- Create analysis to evaluate and track the costs of services and to assist in development of strategic plans and monitoring of performance.
- Perform business unit pricing activities which may include cost of ownership, activity based cost analysis, return on equity analysis, cost-benefit analysis, etc.
- Build complex financial and forecasting models that drive decision making.
- Key player and contributor for developing and assisting in the implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc financial analysis for business units as required.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's Degree required in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance.
EXPERIENCE:
- 3 years financial analysis experience, with a proven record of success.
- Knowledge of financial concepts relative to profitability and financial ratios.
- Preferred: Knowledge of basic accounting theories and practices
