What you will be doing

• Execute routine activities like accounts payable, reporting and reconciliations.
• Assist the Accounting team in automating journal entry routines on ERP and other platforms.
• Help the Financial team develop, update, and control spreadsheets.
• Design and implement Data Mining and Analysis tools to empower decision-making across the company.
• We need someone to help us set up the operation, monitor it daily, prepare reports, and perform reconciliations.

What you need to succeed

• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Understanding of accounting principles and cash management routines.
• Strong skills in data analysis, logic, and inference.
• Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools).

Nice-to-Have:

• Knowledge of financial math.
• Familiarity with Brazilian Central Bank (Bacen/BCB) regulations and reporting.
• Experience with ERP software (SAP or similar systems).

We are not expecting candidates to have expertise across all of these areas. We will gladly help you bridge the gaps.

As a member of a fully remote and distributed team, you are expected to complete tasks autonomously, being highly collaborative and self-driven.
