Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Executive- Finance to join our finance team. As an Account Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, assessing Company accounts, and ensuring compliance with professional standards. If you have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for finance, weβd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Account Analysis and Reconciliation:
- Review and analyze Company accounts to ensure accuracy of journal entries and balances.
- Reconcile accounts with the general ledger.
- Financial Compliance and Reporting:
- Stay up to date with regulatory requirements and best practices in accounting.
- Ensure financial information complies with professional and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather, analyze, and interpret relevant financial data.
- Monthly Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare analyses of accounts and produce monthly reports.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and advanced Power BI for data analysis.
- Process Automation and Efficiency:
- Leverage past experience in automating finance processes.
- Assist in various audit closures.
- Accounts Receivable Management:
- Handle inter-company reconciliations.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Commerce (B.Com) or B.Com (Hons).
- Knowledge of the Oracle (preference if worked with it previously).
- CA Inter Pass (not pursuing further).
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Experience
3-7 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
