Our product suite enables IT Admins to be more proactive and have greater visibility into the digital experience of their users. Most of our customers utilize Citrix, VMware, Nutanix, and/or Microsoft for their virtualization layer. Additionally, we have many customers who utilize IGEL thin clients.

The Role

We're looking for a dynamic Financial Controller to be part of our great team during this exciting phase of growth. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead the group monthly closing processes, including preparing and/or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, analysis, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of GL accounts, and compliance with US GAAP and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP standards, managing accounting procedures including Revenue Recognition (ASC 606), Lease Accounting, Stock Compensation (ASC 718), and additional regulatory requirements.
• Meet audit and tax compliance requirements, overseeing the preparation of the Company’s financial statements and global tax filings while maintaining ongoing collaboration with external accountants across regions.
• Collaborate with external auditors during audits and ensure timely delivery of required materials.
• Monitor and evaluate the company's financial performance, identifying trends and advising on corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Work closely with the Director of Finance to refine and implement financial policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting 
• CPA from a Big4 accounting firm – High-Tech sector
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, ideally within a global software company.
• Experience with NetSuite. 
• Strong understanding of US GAAP, particularly ASC 606 (revenue recognition).
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with sales tax compliance.
