Financial Coordinator

Our Members get access to rent our professionally designed homes for a minimum of 30 days and can stay as long as they’d like, with only a 2-weeks’ notice required if they’d like to move . As a Member there are no long-term obligations, no security deposits, and no application fees. We bundle utilities and the internet to allow seamless transition from one home to another.

We’re looking for a Financial Coordinator to join our team and assist with managing our top property partnerships . As Financial Coordinator, you’ll manage all financial aspects of our Autopilot partners and work with leadership to help enhance this new crucial function of the team. 

What You’ll Do

• Review and prepare invoices/monthly statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness of billing data.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and other stakeholders.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding billing and payment.
• Resolve billing issues, such as discrepancies or disputes, by communicating with clients and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and complete billing records and reports.
• Assist with other accounting and finance functions as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting and financial regulations and policies.
• Assist CAO with special projects in order to further streamline our business processes

What You Need

• 3+ years of professional experience
• Previous customer service experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and problem solve multiple issues at once 
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self-motivated and hardworking
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter comfortable working with a sense of urgency
• Tech-savvy - familiarity with Slack
• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business preferred
