Job Description: This job is responsible for handling moderately complex operations processes related to credit disputes, escalations and tax reporting. Key responsibilities include analysis, research, reconciliation, reporting data validation and resolution of issues and identified customer requests which may carry high levels of risk within enterprise risk categories. Job expectations include handling moderately complex transaction processing, reconciliation, and resolution of research requests to clients, consumer reporting agencies or taxing authorities, consulting with management for support. This job is responsible for the analysis and resolution of tax operations processes and issues that require coordination of multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Perform US IRW Tax Withholding and Reporting function β€’ Service tax related client inquiries and escalations particularly for the Prime Brokerage business β€’ Liaise with associates at all levels across global locations β€’ Participate in ad hoc projects for new processes, regulatory & industry initiatives β€’ Compile metrics and quality assurance results with a high degree of focus on regulatory controls β€’ Adhere to defined procedures and regulatory requirements Responsibilities: β€’ Performs moderately complex activities supporting credit disputes, escalations, and tax reporting while following established written procedures and guidelines and ensuring accurate and timely delivery β€’ Researches and resolves moderately complex financial data requests or exceptions based on analysis of assembled data in an accurate and timely manner β€’ Performs routine analytics, report creation, and exception processing β€’ Identifies risk and opportunities for process improvement based on an understanding the work impacts other operational units and escalates risk concerns, as appropriate β€’ Provides quality service and support for internal business partners and external clients Required Skills: β€’ Proficient in Microsoft applications, in particular, Excel β€’ Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills β€’ Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast paced environment β€’ Excellent people management skills β€’ Strong organizational, analytical problem-solving skills β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills Desired Skills: β€’ Chapter 3, 4, 61 and 1099/1042s knowledge β€’ Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to teams to drive innovation and unique solutions. β€’ Excels in working among diverse viewpoints to determine the best path forward β€’ A continuous learner β€’ Participate in and drive collaborative efforts to advance tools, technology, and ways of working to better serve an evolving client base β€’ College degree β€’ Tax experience Skills: β€’ Customer and Client Focus β€’ Oral Communications β€’ Written Communications β€’ Adaptability β€’ Attention to Detail β€’ Critical Thinking β€’ Problem Solving β€’ Active Listening β€’ Collaboration β€’ Result Orientation β€’ Stakeholder Management Shift:1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per Week:40
