Financial Services - Solutions Engineer

We are looking for a high-performing and high-energy Solutions Engineer, specializing in Financial Services and Financial Technology. You will collaborate with the Go-to-Market, Product Management and Engineering teams, becoming a primary driver of expanding the business and sharing the value of what we provide to prospects and customers. You will engage potential and existing customers through a number of methods:

Live interactive demos for prospects and public webinars

Confidential Computing workshops and deep dives

Proof of concept (POC) and proof of value (POV) exercises

Architecture and deployment guidance

Creating thought leadership assets like whitepapers, blogs, speaking engagements and webinars

Responsibilities

• Serve as Anjuna Security’s subject matter expert (SME) for Fintech/Finserv engagements
• Plan, coordinate and deliver on-site or virtual interactive Confidential Computing workshops for prospects and customers
• Completely own selected POCs from start to finish, lifting any technical issues that may prevent the deal from being closed 
• Attend key industry events to qualify and meet prospects in-person; communicate the Anjuna value proposition in a fast-paced, tradeshow environment
• Conduct in-depth product demonstrations of products/services for individual prospects and large audiences
• Deploy different cloud-based environments for demonstrating how to run customer’s desired apps using the Anjuna platform
• Create a technical deployment plan and reference architecture for the customer's move to production and work with the customer on the actual deployment
• Troubleshoot customer’s issues while using the Anjuna platform
• Communicate customer requirements to product management teams, report feature requests and enhancements to engineering and assist with prioritization
• Providing advanced training and support to the Sales Engineering team

Requirements

• Experience in a technical capacity with Financial Services clientele
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Prior experience with AWS, Azure, GCP and other public clouds
• Experience with Kubernetes deployments
• Extensive knowledge of Docker and containers is a must
• Confident presentation skills: a comfort level with executive and senior professionals with the ability to articulate the Anjuna value proposition
• A highly motivated, driven self-starter with the ability to work without close supervision
• Ability and willingness to learn, and share lessons learned across the organization
• Good organization and time management skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities
• Prior experience as Sales Engineer/ Solution Architect/ T2-3 Support Engineer or equivalent is a must

Nice to Have

• Start-up experience is an advantage
• Ideally but not essential - familiarity with confidential computing technologies such as AWS Nitro Enclaves, Intel SGX/TDX, AMD-SEV and similar
• Deep understanding of traditional security infrastructure, including but not limited to: public key infrastructure (PKI), encryption, certificate authority (CA), TLS, key management (KMS), hardware security modules (HSM) 
• Experience with automated deployment and provisioning using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, etc
• Coding/scripting experience with Python, BASH, Go or another language
• Background in red-team penetration testing or deep knowledge of attack vectors and vulnerabilities
