Cambridge International Systems, Inc. has a full-time Financial/Pricing Analyst opportunity available based in Arlington, VA.
ROLE RESPONSIBILTIESÂ
-
Develop pricing workups along side of the Proposal and Operations Groups in support of compliant and strategic bid proposals.Â
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to gather data and provide pricing recommendations.Â
-
Develop and maintain pricing tools and systems to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.Â
-
Manage pricing projects, ensuring that project goals and timelines are met.Â
-
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics to inform pricing strategy.Â
-
Provide regular reporting and analysis on pricing performance and market trends.Â
-
Analyze pricing data from industry standards, previous sales trends and competitors and report data to decision-makersÂ
-
Conduct market research and analyze competitor pricing to inform pricing strategyÂ
-
Conduct Revenue & Cost analyses to inform overall bidding strategyÂ
-
Supports development of Incurred Cost Submissions, Provisional Rates and other indirect rate analysesÂ
-
Assists with the development of the annual budget preparation and analysisÂ
-
Support all forms of data requests from DCAA, DCMA, external auditors and regulatory agenciesÂ
-
Support monthly closing process, as neededÂ
-
Perform special projects as neededÂ
-
Analyze projects cost/results for accuracy, allocability, allowability and trendsÂ
-
Perform cost controls standard procedures on multiple projects under multiple programs and customersÂ
-
Produce, review, provide analysis of program and company financial reportsÂ
-
Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly/annual financial variances to actuals, forecast, budget, and prior yearÂ
-
Review, code and make recommendations on project commitments for project coding, personnel, and purchase requisitions/purchase ordersÂ
Required QUALIFICATIONSÂ
-
Must be proficient in using different technologies such as computers and other tools and systems pertinent to the position.Â
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONSÂ

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field.Â
-
0-2 years of experience in pricing, market analysis, or a related field.Â
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Â
-
Excellent project management and organizational skills.Â
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Â
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.Â
-
Experience with pricing tools and software a plus.Â
PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT AND WORKING CONDITIONSÂ

Cambridge International Systems complies with Temporary Duty Station (TDY)/Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) vaccination requirements. Must be able to work in an office environment, sitting at a desk, looking at a computer for most of the workday.Â
