About the Role: The Chef de Cuisine will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, from menu development to team management and execution. The ideal candidate is not only highly skilled but also motivated to mentor others, maintain impeccable standards, and deliver consistently outstanding guest experiences. What the Restaurant Offers: • Highly competitive base salary of $105K to $110K • 10% Bonus potential based on performance • Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k) • Strong internal support and structured growth path • Multiple locations locally and nationwide, with advancement opportunities Key Responsibilities: • Direct and manage daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced fine dining environment • Design and implement seasonal menus and specials • Ensure all food is prepared to exacting standards of quality and presentation • Hire, train, schedule, and develop kitchen staff • Maintain food and labor costs within budget • Enforce sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards • Partner with FOH management for seamless guest service • Communicate with ownership and executive leadership to align vision and goals Ideal Candidate Will Have: • 3+ years as a Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a fine dining or luxury setting • Deep knowledge of classic and modern culinary techniques • Strong leadership and team-building skills • Proven ability to manage costs and drive kitchen efficiency • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and inventory systems • ServSafe Certification or equivalent
