Job Description
Join the team at Inspired Homes as a versatile Finish Carpenter and Handyman. In this role, you'll apply your expert carpentry skills to detailed finish work, including but not limited to trim, molding, cabinetry, and custom installations for both interior and exterior elements of residential structures. Your ability to wear multiple hats and contribute to different construction phases will be key to our projects' success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute detailed finish carpentry tasks with precision, enhancing the beauty and functionality of living spaces.
• Engage in a wide range of construction activities, demonstrating flexibility and proficiency in several trades to support project goals.
• Work collaboratively with the construction team to complete projects on schedule and within budget, maintaining open lines of communication and teamwork.
• Employ problem-solving skills to address and adapt to the changing needs of each project, showcasing your broad skill set.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience in finish carpentry with a portfolio that highlights exceptional craftsmanship.
• Skilled in the use of a variety of hand and power tools necessary for finish carpentry and general construction tasks.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Openness to learning new techniques and staying current with construction technologies.
