Finish Carpenter - Apprentice

Hardy Window Company is actively searching for full time Finish Carpenter - Apprentice to join our well established team. WE HAVE YEAR ROUND WORK - THIS POSITION IS NOT SEASONAL. Requirements: Some experience in finish carpentry Some commercial hardware installation experience (panic bars, commercial door openers/closers, etc .) Some Door hanging and window installation experience Some Shelving experience Other Requirements are a plus: Production style finish carpenter wanted; able to install shelf and pole, wardrobe doors, interior pre-fit doors, exterior pre-hung doors, as well as residential bath and door hardware. Commercial hollow metal doors, frames and door hardware. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Committed to working an 8-hour work day in the field Possibility for overtime & weekend work as needed Shapes or cuts materials to specified measurements using hand tools, machines, or power saws Use levels on door jams and any other install material that is required to be level and plumb There is room to move up the company ladder as the business continues to grow, assuming job performance is satisfactory.
