Finish Carpenter/Installer

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of carpentry techniques and have experience in various aspects of finish work. This role involves working on residential and commercial projects, ensuring that all installations meet high-quality standards. The Finish Carpenter will be responsible for transforming blueprints into functional and aesthetically pleasing structures. Duties • Execute finish carpentry tasks including fixture installation, trim work, and cabinetry assembly. • Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications and requirements. • Perform drywall installation and finishing as needed to prepare surfaces for final touches. • Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks efficiently. • Engage in frame carpentry for structural support as necessary, including roof framing and metal stud framing. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. • Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project completion. Experience • Proven experience as a carpenter with a focus on finish carpentry is essential. • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to carpentry work. • Familiarity with drywall installation techniques is preferred. • Ability to read blueprints accurately and execute tasks accordingly. • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
