Job description Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. Your ability to analyze client needs and deliver effective solutions will be crucial in ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, including phone etiquette, and be comfortable working in a call center environment. The current position open is a long term contract with potential. Rate:$22.00Hourly (Hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half) Shift Available:Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm 3 days in office/ 2 days remote *** Hybrid after training is completed Location: Austin, TX 78727 Intake Specialist • Must speak and write in Finnish or Swedish and English, ability to translate is a must Responsibilities : • Completes the intake process of complaints through email primarily, at times by phone • Conducts initial assessment of application for missing information and completes missing information customer outreach process to obtain required data • Conducts the initial identification of the complaint code • Partner with internal stakeholders for adverse events Qualifications: • Must speak and write in Finnish and or Swedish and English ability to translate is a must • High school diploma or equivalent required. College or a 2-year Associate Degree is preferred • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and can work independently with minimal direction • High quality customer service skills • Ability to express ideas clearly in both written and oral communications • Computer skills and ability to navigate through software systems • Strong prioritization and time management skills • Prefer Pharma or Biologic experience but not required.
