Responsibilities • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products that meet their needs. • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns. • Process transactions accurately using cash handling procedures. • Maintain product displays and ensure the sales floor is organized and inviting. • Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and engagement. • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve store performance. Requirements • Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles. • Must have strong knowledge of firearms • 2 years of firearm sales experience • Be able to lift up to 45 lbs. • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. • Basic math skills for transaction processing. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
