Job Description

Reyes Fleet Management is seeking a full-time 1st shift Fleet Technician Trainee to help with repairs and maintenance on trailer/tractor equipment at our facility shop in Lake Orion, MI

Shift: Full-Time l 1st Shift 7:00AM-4:30PM Monday-Friday

Pay: $based on experience/qualifications

Position Summary:

A Fleet Technician Trainee primarily focuses on the preventative maintenance of the fleet diesel equipment of the Reyes Holdings family of businesses. As well as assist in the repair and diagnosis of various truck and trailer equipment at the direction of Lead Technician/ Technician A's or Supervisor.

Through their knowledge of the distribution industry, the Reyes Fleet Management team works with the companies to reduce costs, ensure compliance standards and assist locations with value added solutions to provide well maintained equipment for employees' use.


Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:


  • Responsible for accurately repairing and completing routine maintenance on fleet diesel equipment
  • Completing the necessary documentation for repairs and maintenance
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Work in a safe manner, per company, local, state and federal policies and regulations
  • All other duties assigned
