We promote individual growth and strive to deliver a valued service to our clients. Security Field Supervisors oversee and manage site activity within a designated geographical area. Conduct routine inspections and audits of security personnel to ensure proper implementation of security procedures & protocol. Personnel Supervision: • Responsible for the administrative and operational supervision of the contract security offiecers on their shift. • Conduct routine patrol of assigned area to inspect and coach security officers at various locations • Assist in creating and managing the work schedule for the security staff • Ensure all work shifts are covered and required contract hours are met • Counsel the security staff as needed and directed by your manager • Conduct inspections and report findings to management • Train new officers when they are assigned to the site • Provide management with personnel recommendations as needed • Ensures time sheets and other logs are properly filled out by officers • Investigates any reported payroll or time discrepancies as needed / required • Ensures all time worked for personnel on site is present on time sheets and all contractual obligations are met • Provides oversight to assigned security staff. Security Functions: • Must be able to properly and efficiently perform all essential job duties of the site security officers under your supervision. • Must be able to utilize all essential security equipment approved for use on site • Stand post/ provide site coverage when needed • Interact with client contacts in a professional manner • Report incidents to Marksman management • Document and report any on site injuries to local branch • Submit a weekly report on site activity to the local branch as requested Responsibilities: • Working Site Supervisor on shift • Interact with all guests (clients, residents and visitors) in a professional demeanor • Foster client relationships through continuous communication and support • Develop and implement site-specific security policies to successfully execute contract • Ensure officers are performing all assigned duties including but not limited to time sheets, daily logs, activity and incident reports • Review and verify all reports and logs for accuracy • Address and rectify all employee relation and payroll concerns in a timely manner • Recruit, hire and train officers to ensure operational performance and coverage is met • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance (uniform and equipment) • Utilize approved security equipment (CCTV, radios, computers/tablets etc.) • Effectively communicate all pertinent information to team in a timely manner • Manage security personnel including but not limited to scheduling, counseling and or disciplinary actions when necessary • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance (uniform and equipment) • Other duties to be determined by management Qualifications: • • • Must be at least 21 years of age • Must have anactiveLevel IINoncommissioned security license (Required) • Valid Driver's License and clean driving history (Required) • High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred • Minimum of three years previous security supervision required • Flexible/ on- call schedule availability • Professional demeanor and appearance • Excellent computer skills • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) • Experience in GSOC/SCC is strongly preferred • Attentive to detail • Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Must be able to sit, stand/walk, bend for extended periods • Previous experience utilizing security equipment and protocols required • Stable work history • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background, drug test, and MVR) • Must have 2-5 years of active duty military/law enforcement industry experience-STRONGLY preferred • Stable security Account Manager/Operations Manager experience is a PLUS! ***IF YOU DO NOT MEET THEMINIMUMREQUIREMENTS YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE***
